Rush Creek
Rush Creek is a full exterior transformation that began with a simple window replacement and quickly evolved into a complete refresh. The home now features highly efficient black vinyl windows, new stone veneer, smooth acrylic stucco, and updated lap siding—blending modern upgrades with the character of the neighborhood. We kept the palette low-contrast and neutral, pairing it with thoughtful exterior lighting to highlight the home’s best features and bring the entire remodel to life. This project is in an HOA and has been approved.
Daubenberger
Daubenberger is a full interior and exterior remodel—and easily one of our most exciting and extravagant projects to date. The interior was taken down to its bones and rebuilt to create a modern, open layout perfect for a family that loves to entertain. We opened up the main living areas to create a spacious flow where everyone can mingle comfortably.
Curating the materials for this home was an absolute joy. The overall vibe is high-contrast, moody, and rich—yet intentionally warm. Think deep chocolate browns paired with creamy whites, layered with bold textures and standout finish materials. A bronze-glass–enclosed wine room, a bronzed mirrored backsplash in the Primary Bathroom, and dramatic lighting all work together to elevate the home’s character. These after photos are going to be EPIC.
Opal
Opal is a primary bathroom that is getting a full glow-up! We’re taking it from ’80s green marble and wall-to-wall mirrors (yes, every inch) to a clean, earthy boho-contemporary retreat. By removing the oversized built-in tub and replacing it with a freestanding tub, we’re creating a more spacious, functional layout that feels calm, intentional, and anything but disco.
