Rush Creek
Rush Creek is a full exterior transformation that began with a simple window replacement and quickly evolved into a complete refresh. The home now features highly efficient black vinyl windows, new stone veneer, smooth acrylic stucco, and updated lap siding—blending modern upgrades with the character of the neighborhood. We kept the palette low-contrast and neutral, pairing it with thoughtful exterior lighting to highlight the home’s best features and bring the entire remodel to life. This project is in an HOA and has been approved.
Daubenberger
Daubenberger is a full interior and exterior remodel—and easily one of our most exciting and extravagant projects to date. The interior was taken down to its bones and rebuilt to create a modern, open layout perfect for a family that loves to entertain. We opened up the main living areas to create a spacious flow where everyone can mingle comfortably.
Curating the materials for this home was an absolute joy. The overall vibe is high-contrast, moody, and rich—yet intentionally warm. Think deep chocolate browns paired with creamy whites, layered with bold textures and standout finish materials. A bronze-glass–enclosed wine room, a bronzed mirrored backsplash in the Primary Bathroom, and dramatic lighting all work together to elevate the home’s character. These after photos are going to be EPIC.
Snedigar
Snedigar is a truly exciting opportunity. This ADU is a brand-new build from the ground up, and B Designs had the pleasure of developing the floor plan from the very beginning. We were able to tailor every detail to our young, growing family clients—their lifestyle, their needs, and their wish list—including a stunning freestanding tub/wet room in the primary bathroom. We can’t wait to bring this project to life.
Euclid
Euclid is an exciting addition project on a stunning home built in 1929. B Designs had the pleasure of remodeling the interior in 2024, and now we’re back for Phase 2. Our clients originally had architectural drawings completed in 2021, before Phase 1 even began, but as their needs evolved, the layout no longer felt like the right fit. So we went back to the drawing board and reimagined the space with a more thoughtful, customized design. We’re thrilled with the new direction and can’t wait to break ground.
